Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 40 years old and <= 75 years old; 2. Clear diagnosis of cerebral small vessel disease through clinical and imaging studies; 3. Can cooperate to complete relevant scale checks; 4. Approved by the hospital ethics committee and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Symptomatic history of cerebrovascular disease; 2. Significant vascular stenosis of intracranial and extracranial arteries (>50%); 3. Merge intracranial tumors; 4. Clearly diagnose cognitive impairment caused by non vascular factors such as Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease; 5. Combining other mental disorders such as schizophrenia and depression; 6. Patients with severe functional disorders of important organs such as liver and kidney, malignant diseases such as tumors that affect their consciousness or have a life expectancy of less than one year; 7. Illiteracy; 8. Patients with visual, hearing impairment, aphasia, etc. who cannot cooperate with the examination.
