Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet the requirements of income ICU and stay in ICU ward; Age >=18 years old; Sex is not limited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Death within 24 hours of admission; Can not cooperate with the completion of bedside Doppler ultrasound examination; Give up active treatment during hospitalization; Unable to indwell the radial artery catheter; There are outflow tract obstruction, valvular heart disease, right heart disease, abdominal hypertension, pericardial tamponade, tension pneumothorax, pulmonary embolism, pregnancy and other factors that obviously affect venous return.
