Interventions

Experimental group:Using an continuous cuff pressure regulator to continuously stabilize the airbag pressure at 40 cmH2O
Control group:The anesthesiologist inflates and adjusts the laryngeal mask airbag based on experience and the feel of cuff pressure

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic surgery. 2. Patients aged 18 to 65 (male or female); 3. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classifies it as grades I-II; 4. Can understand the procedures and methods of this study, willing to sign an informed consent form and strictly follow the clinical research protocol to complete this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Weight below 30kg or BMI >= 35kg/m2; 2. Surgery time exceeding 3 hours; 3. History of difficult airway or gastroesophageal reflux; 4. History of respiratory infections in the past month; 5. Preoperative sore throat, hoarseness or other pharyngeal diseases; 6. Patients with preoperative neurological or psychiatric disorders or communication disorders; 7. Participants who have participated in any clinical trials as subjects within the first month of enrollment.
