18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years or above 2. Diagnosed with cancer confirmed by pathology, with no other cancer diagnosis within the previous year 3. Undergoing chemotherapy 4. Able to communicate in Cantonese or Mandarin 5. Being conscious and alert

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Current participation in any behaviour trial or instructor-led exercise program
