16 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Common criteria for the high-risk group and the healthy group: 1. Age in 16-65 years old, junior high school and above education; 2. Experience emergency events within 1 years; 3. There is no definite history of nervous system and other severe physical diseases; 4. There is no definite diagnosis of mental disease at present. Other inclusion criteria for high-risk group: 1. phq-9 score >=5; 2. PQ-16 score >=7 or pain score >=8; 3. GAD-7 >=5. One of the above three can be satisfied. Other criteria of healthy group: 1. phq-9 score < 5; 2. PQ-16 score < 7 and pain score < 8; 3. GAD-7<5. All three above must be satisfied.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Researchers believe that the volunteers may have committed suicide or violence during the course of the study; (2) Volunteers whose physical examination, laboratory biochemical indexes, electroencephalogram or electrocardiogram are serious abnormality; (3) Extremely excited, impulsive and uncooperative volunteers; (4) Volunteers articipated in other scientific research projects in the past 2 months. Excluse if one of the criteria is satisfied.
