60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Frail patients scheduled for laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery, aged >= 60 years, regardless of gender, ASA body mass index II or III, BMI <30 kg/m^2, no history of mental illness, and expected surgery time of more than 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to sign the informed consent form; severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (GOLD lung function grade 3-4); mental illness or long-term use of psychiatric drugs; central nervous system diseases with impaired respiratory function.
