Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Outpatients undergoing painless gastrointestinal endoscopy; 2. Patients between 18 and 64 years of age; 3. Apfel score was 2 to 4; 4. ASAI-III level; 5. Patients with a body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 30 kg/m^2;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients were treated with special surgery under gastrointestinal endoscopy; 2.Long-term use of opioids; 3.Long-term use of antiemetic drugs; 4.Allergic to general anesthesia drugs; 5.Patients with a diagnosis of severe respiratory, cardiovascular, renal or hepatic dysfunction; 6.The examination time > 30 minutes; 7.Patients who refused to participate in the study;
