Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with inconsistent ABO blood group forward and reverse typing, antigenic attenuation (positive typing agglutination intensity =3+), mixed visual fields of positive typing , and antibody attenuation (reverse typing agglutination intensity <2+, and not able to reach 3+ after enhancement) on serological testing; (2) Patients and/or family members understand the treatment associated with this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients after ABO allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation; (2) Patients with no serological results that are not traceable; (3) Others who, in the judgement of the investigator, may confound the results of the study.
