Vonoprazon group:7-day course of vonoprazon (20 mg daily)
Rabeprazole group:7-day course of rabeprazole (10 mg daily)

18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Signed informed consent; (2) Age >=18 and =19 kg/m² and <=24 kg/m²; (4) Normal stool frequency (3 times per day to once every 3 days) with normal stool consistency.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Use of antibiotics, gastric medications, probiotics, hormones, or metformin in the past three months; (2) History of gastrointestinal diseases, including peptic ulcers, inflammatory bowel disease, or tumors; (3) History of digestive system surgeries; (4) History of severe systemic diseases, including active central nervous system disorders, hematologic diseases, liver or kidney insufficiency, heart disease, or psychiatric disorders; (5) History of oral diseases (i.e. gingivitis, periodontitis) or oral interventions (i.e. dental fillings or cleanings) within the past month; (6) History of smoking or alcohol consumption in the past three months; (7) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; (8) Participants currently involved in other clinical trials.
