60 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for CHF in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2018; 2. Age >= 60 years old; 3. Cardiac function grade I-III; 4. The score of exercise rehabilitation compliance scale 3 months and be proficient in the use of electronic products); 6. Agree to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with exercise contraindications such as acute coronary syndrome, new-onset atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter, and malignant arrhythmia ; 2. Those with severe cognitive impairment; 3. Those who participated in other rehabilitation interventions.
