Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All geriatric admitted during the study; 2. Inclusion criteria for patients aged 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Death within 24 hours after admission; 2. history of digestive tract diseases and abdominal surgery; 3. Pregnant women; 4. Other patients with contraindications to press needle.
