Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age of initial diagnosis>18 years old; 2. ANB angle<-4 °; 3. The morphology and development of maxillary incisors are normal, with no damage to dental tissue; 4. No systemic or genetic diseases; 5. The CBCT and lateral head X-ray imaging data at three time points in this study, namely T0 (within 1 month before orthodontic decompensation treatment), T1 (within 1 month before preoperative orthodontic treatment and orthognathic surgery), and T2 (1 week after postoperative orthodontic treatment), are complete and clear; 6. The duration of decompensation treatment is 20-24 months, and the total treatment course is 36-42 months; 7. Both mandibular ramus sagittal split osteotomy and maxillary LeFort I osteotomy were used for orthognathic surgery; 8. Patient informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of trauma, root canal treatment, or incomplete root development in the anterior teeth area; 2. Multiple teeth in the anterior teeth area; 3. Chin deviation>3mm; 4. Abnormal tooth morphology or previous restorative treatment; 5. Suffering from periodontal tissue disease; 6. Severe jaw and facial deformities such as cleft lip and palate; 7. History of orthodontic treatment.
