Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Patients with lumbar disc herniation including calcification, drift, scoliosis, obesity, or high iliac crest (L5/S1) were selected. ?Patients with various lumbar degenerative diseases, including multi-segment lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, and those with inconsistent lower extremity symptoms, were selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with associated lumbar spine instability. ? Patients with chronic diseases of important organs (heart, brain, liver, kidney, and lung), other bone diseases and hematopoietic diseases other than bacterial infections, pregnant women and children, HIV infected patients, and drugs affecting bone metabolism (such as corticosteroids).
