Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A: Meet ICD-10 schizophrenia, bipolar (affective) disorder; B: Voluntarily sign the Informed Consent to participate in community Management and Treatment Services for Severe Mental Disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A: Schizoaffective disorder, paranoid psychosis, mental disorders caused by epilepsy, mental retardation accompanied by mental disorders; B: Those who have not signed the informed consent to participate in community management and treatment Services for severe mental disorders.
