High-carbohydrate high-GI diet group:Carbohydrates account for 65% of energy, GI>70.
High-carbohydrate low-GI diet group:Carbohydrates account for 65% of energy, GI70.
Low-carbohydrate low-GI diet group:Carbohydrates account for 45% of energy, GI<55.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Men and women aged 18-65 years; 2.BMI 22 to 35 kg/m?2; 3.Agree to be randomly assigned to intervention group or control group; 4.Be willing to consume the food and drink provided by the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age 65 years; 2.BMI 35 kg/m?2; 3.Taking medications that affect cholesterol metabolism or blood glucose metabolism; 4.Participating in a weight loss program; 5.Vegetarian; 6.Taking probiotics, multivitamins, fish oils, herbal supplements, or supplements containing dietary fiber within 30 days before and during the study and unwilling to stop taking it; 7.Drinking more than twice a day and can not stop drinking in the research process; 8.Having food allergies or other problems that may affect food intake; 9.Using NSAIDs or antihistamines and unable to stop using these drugs within 72 hours prior to study; 10.Taking hormonal drugs such as anticoagulants, anabolic steroids, hydrocortisone; 11.Patients with chronic metabolic diseases (including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, kidney, thyroid, gastrointestinal and liver diseases, etc.); 12.Existing untreated hypertension; 13.Smoking in the past 12 months; 14.Poor venous access; 15.Self-reported weight gain or loss of more than 7 kg in the 6 months before enrollment; 16.Unwilling to maintain weight throughout the study period; 17.Unable to consume only the food and drink provided during the study.
