Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Eligible subjects selected as patients with gastric cancer in this study must meet all the following criteria: (1) Gastric cancer confirmed by pathology. (2) Did not receive any anti-cancer treatment before operation (including radiotherapy and chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, etc.) (3) Have complete clinical, pathological and follow-up data. (4) No previous history of gastric cancer and treatment history. 2. Eligible subjects selected as healthy people in this study must meet all the following criteria: (1) Physical examination proves that there is no disease. (2) No previous history of tumor. (3) Have complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative chemotherapy or immunotherapy or targeted therapy. (2) Lack of clinical information. (3) Suffering from other malignant tumors in the past.
