Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for essential hypertension; 2. Age 18~80 years old; 3. Taking ARB combined with calcium channel blocker antihypertensive drugs; 4. Patients with blood pressure level of 140~179 mmHg/90~109 mmHg; 5. Clear consciousness, reading ability and language expression ability are acceptable, communication barrier-free, able to cooperate with experimenters; 6. Those who voluntarily participate in this trial, are willing to accept follow-up, and sign the informed consent form for this trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with serious diseases of other organs of the body; 2. Those who are allergic to adhesive tape and metal; 3. Those with upper limb dysfunction and inability to perform auricular acupressure; 4. Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 5. Pregnant or lactating; 6. The skin at the needle insertion site is broken or red and swollen; 7. Undergo other clinical trials.
