Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient inclusion criteria: age = 18, male or female; Voluntarily signed informed consent; Patients diagnosed with breast cancer by the Guidelines and Norms for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Breast Cancer of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association (2024 Edition); First onset; Not receiving chemoradiotherapy or surgery; No mental illness and can understand communication normally. 2. Inclusion criteria for healthy volunteers: age = 18, male or female; Voluntarily signed informed consent; Imaging tests have been done; Normal individuals diagnosed with no underlying diseases and tumors in Nanfang Hospital, that is, normal liver function, normal electrocardiogram, normal tumor markers and blood routine tests.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient exclusion criteria: extensive systemic metastasis of the tumor; Combined tumors at other sites; Severe organ dysfunction; Estimated survival < 3 months; pregnant women; Cases in which the data of the subjects are incomplete, or the collection is incomplete for other reasons; It is judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this study. 2. Exclusion criteria for healthy volunteers: cases with incomplete subject information or incomplete collection for other reasons; pregnant women; It is judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this study.
