Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age: 18-75 years old, 2. ASA classification I-III, 3. Patients scheduled for laparoscopic liver surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.BMI < 18 kg/m2 or BMI = 30 kg/m2, 2. Chronic addiction to opioids or long-term alcohol abuse, 3. Allergy to local anesthetics, 4. Contraindications to nerve blocks, such as local infection, abnormal coagulation function, and anatomical abnormalities, 5. Severe cardiovascular and hematologic diseases, 6. Preoperative cognitive dysfunction and inability to cooperate with pain assessment.
