Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. >=60 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed with moderate or above VHD; 3. All were the first valvuloplasty or valve replacement operations under cardiopulmonary bypass, and all were patients with oral tube intubation; 4. Number of teeth >=6; 5. Periodontal health or resting periodontitis; 6. No hearing abnormalities and understand Mandarin.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable vital signs; 2. Benign and malignant oral tumors, contraindicated intervention; 3. Active periodontal disease; 4. Preoperative complication of upper respiratory tract infection or pneumonia; 5. Combined with other serious diseases such as malignant tumors; 6. Have a serious mental or nervous system disease; 7. Changes in mental state such as delirium; 8. Patients who took antibiotics, probiotics and prebiotics within two months before admission.
