Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients under emergency observation in three cooperative hospitals and patients seeking medical treatment in community hospitals; 2.The patient or their representative agrees to sign an informed consent form during the visit; 3.Age = 18 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The lack of clinical data is severe and patients are unwilling to continue participating in this study.
