Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Trainers Recommended by the unit and apply voluntarily, willing to receive training to carry out secondary training for nursing peers in primary hospitals, in-service nursing staff of hospitals at the second level and below (including county hospitals, community service centers, township health centers, etc.), with relevant training and teaching experience is preferred, and will be allowed to work only after the trainer's assessment and qualification certification. Requirements related to trainer assessment and qualification certification are subject to the results of expert consultation. 2. Target group Nurses in primary hospitals.

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwilling to participate in this study. 2. The target population was not nurses in primary care.
