Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) the first diagnosis was tibial fracture (S82.200), tibiofibular shaft fracture (S82.201), tibiofibular closed fracture (S82.203); (2) the operation was open reduction and intramedullary nail fixation of tibial fracture (ICD10: 79.3600×015);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) concomitant presence of fractures in other parts; (2) open fractures; (3) cases with incomplete follow-up.
