Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese university students; 2.Because the study was a psychoeducational program, anyone who voluntarily enrolled and had some degree of social anxiety was eligible for inclusion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Situations of suicidal ideation or crisis; 2. In cases of an ongoing mental illness
