Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Men or women who have undergone elective orthopedic surgery in Zhangzhou Hospital, Fujian Province; Over 60 years old; American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) 1 or 2; Informed consent of patients and their families; Proficient in Mandarin, with MoCA score greater than or equal to 26 points; Corrected normal vision and hearing
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known learning disabilities; Diagnosed as dementia; Diagnosed as a neurological or psychiatric disease; History of cancer drug treatment (excluding simple surgical treatment); Stroke in the past year; Mandarin language, hearing (with auxiliary equipment) or vision (with glasses) are not enough to complete the assessment task
