Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for patients with severe periodontitis: Patients are 30-45 years old; Intraoral > = 20 teeth; Tooth loss due to periodontitis =30% The patient had 2 or more teeth with the following 3 characteristics: 1. Probing depth>=6 mm; 2. Clinical attachment loss at the heaviest site of the adjacent surface>=5 mm; 3. Radiographic alveolar bone resorption to 1/3 or more of the root; The patient had more than 5 years of imaging bone loss or clinical attachment loss of = 20 teeth; general health; Good intraoral hygiene, no periodontal history or symptoms, < = 3 mm depth of probing bag, and bleeding site (+) <=10%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Periodontal treatment in the past 6 months; 2. Suffering from other related diseases, including systemic diseases, such as diabetes, immunodeficiency, chronic gastrointestinal diseases, abnormal gastrointestinal activities, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, nephritis, blood diseases, rheumatoid arthritis and other diseases; Presence of other serious oral diseases; Pregnancy or lactation; Body mass index = 30; 3. Use of antibiotics or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or other drugs that affect the inflammatory response within the past 6 months; 4. Use of tobacco products; 5. Special dietary preferences.
