Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have lived in the community of Guangzhou for more than 1 year. 2. Be between the ages of 18 - 65 years. 3. Able to understand and sign informed consent. 4. Possess basic reading and comprehension skills, and be able to complete questionnaires and training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have severe visual, hearing, or intellectual impairment and are unable to participate in training and assessment normally. 2. Is participating in other similar medical studies. 3. Plan to move out of Guangzhou in the near future.
