Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hold a registered nurse license; 2. Nurses who have been trained by the provincial (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government) nursing association or other institutions at the provincial level or the Chinese Nursing Association and have obtained the certificate of operating room specialist nurses; 3. Informed consent, voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Absent from work for 3 months or more due to sick leave, post transfer or other reasons; 2.Obtain a specialty Clinical practice < 1 year after nurse qualification.
