Interventions

Test group :Peripheral capsular nerve block was performed in the treatment group
contral group:control group received conventional pain management including limb traction, ice, elevation of the affected limb, and analgesic medication as needed (tramadol or NSAIDs).

65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade I-III; 2. Age 65-85 years old; 18kg/m^2<= BMI <=30kg/m^2; 3. Surgical treatment is expected within 72 hours; 4. Hospitalization for hip fracture (hip fracture is defined as femoral neck, femoral head, intertrochanteric or subtrochanteric fracture).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Multiple trauma, multiple fractures, or other fractures that do not meet the inclusion criteria, such as pathological fractures, old fractures; 2. Mental disorders such as Alzheimer's disease or inability to understand pain scores; 3. contraindications of non-steroidal and opioid drugs; 4.Nerve block contraindications (puncture site infection, coagulation dysfunction, local anesthetic allergy); 5. The anatomical structure cannot be distinguished under ultrasound; 6. A clinical trial is currently underway.
