Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Full term birth(37 weeks to 42weeks); 2.Birth weight =2500g; 3.Local resident children in Juxian County; 4. 8~30 months old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hypoxia or asphyxia at birth; 2.Failed the hearing screening; 3.Congenital malformations(e.g.cleft lip or palate); 4.Deaf mutes in the family; 5.Infants who live in other places all year round; 6.The father and mother (father or mother) are mentally retarded;
