Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Subjective symptoms and tear break-up time (TBUT) 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who require the use of intraocular pressure-lowering, anti-inflammatory, and immunosuppressive drugs; (2) Those with concurrent conditions such as glaucoma, conjunctivitis, intraocular infection, and nasolacrimal duct obstruction; (3) A history of ocular surgery in the past 3 months; (4) Severe conditions affecting the heart, kidneys, or liver; (5) A history of allergies to the selected drugs; (6) Pregnant or lactating women.
