Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18 to 80 years old; 2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for retinal detachment caused by retinal holes; 3) Patients who undergo vitrectomy combined with gas or silicone oil filling surgery; 4) The first patient to receive treatment in a face-down position; 5) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign a written informed consent form, willing to cooperate with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of any illness that may affect adherence to the protocol (such as severe mental disorders, cognitive impairments, language communication disorders, etc.); 2) Long-term oral analgesics, history of limb muscle or bone trauma, or functional impairment; 3) Patients with concurrent coagulation dysfunction or severe cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases; 4) Pregnant women or severely obese individuals who cannot maintain a lower body facing position.
