Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Group 1: 1.Age: 18-75 years old; 2.Meeting CTD such as: diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus according to the "2019 European League Against Rheumatism and ACR Jointly Issued SLE Classification Criteria," diagnosed with dry syndrome according to the "2016 ACR and European League Against Rheumatism Dry Syndrome Classification Criteria," diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis according to the "2010 ACR/European League Against Rheumatism Rheumatoid Arthritis Classification Criteria," diagnosed with systemic sclerosis according to the "1980 American College of Rheumatology Systemic Sclerosis Classification Criteria," etc.; 3.Mitral regurgitation velocity TR < 2.8 m/s; 4.All are sinus rhythm with good clinical conditions; 5. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form. Group 2: 1. 18-75 years old, male or female; 2. Healthy adults without underlying diseases such as heart, liver, and kidney; 3. Voluntarily join the study and sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Stimulating diet and strenuous exercise were investigated for the first three days, with consumption of beverages and foods containing alcohol, caffeine, tea, cocoa alkaloid, and traditional Chinese medicine ingredients. 2.Patients with contraindications to all flat exercises. 3.Individuals with any of the following conditions: a history of smoking; a history of valvular heart disease, atrial fibrillation/flutter, left ventricular ejection fraction <50%, congenital heart disease, coronary artery disease, severe respiratory diseases, pulmonary hypertension due to lung diseases, etc.; uncontrolled hypertension, acute systemic infection with fever, etc. 4.Due to the size or interference from exhaust gases, the endocardial and epicardial images are not clearly displayed.
