Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Understand the content of the study and sign the informed consent form; 2. All met the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for BD patients; 3. At least reach the initial Chinese level, and be able to complete the scale assessment independently and carefully; 4. Age 12~65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have other severe mental disorders and organic brain injuries, as well as agitation or delirium, substance abuse, alcohol or drug dependence, and other uncooperative conditions; 2. Current serious and unstable somatic-related diseases, such as narrow-angle glaucoma, cerebral organic diseases, thyroid diseases, eating disorders, severe cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, etc.; 3. Taking drugs related to affecting endogenous melatonin within one month before enrollment, such as not smoking, not drinking, not taking drugs such as hydrocortisone or prednisolone, and other drugs are allowed during the study; 4. Crossing more than 1 time zone during the 3 months before the agreement and during the agreement.
