Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the criteria revised at the 4th National Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease in 1995 regarding the diagnosis of cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage in various types of cerebrovascular diseases, and confirmed by CT or MRI as stroke patients; (2) First onset, patient's vital signs remain stable; (3) Unilateral hemisphere lesion with unilateral limb movement disorder; (4) From 14 days to 6 months after onset; (5) Lower limb Brunstrom stage III-V, with a manual muscle strength assessment of grade 2+or above and a sitting balance of grade 2; (6) Age range from 18 to 65 years old, male or female not limited; (7) No cognitive impairment, can cooperate with assessment and training; (8) The patient or their family members sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Serious diseases involving merging other organs such as the heart, brain, and kidneys; (2) Patients with lumbar spine diseases; (3) Patients with lower limb deep vein thrombosis; (4) Individuals with other conditions that can cause movement disorders (such as spinal cord injury, paraplegia, and severe bone and joint diseases); (5) Individuals with contraindications for transcranial direct current stimulation therapy; (6) History of epilepsy; (7) There are other diseases that affect motor function, such as uncontrollable hypertension, orthostatic hypotension, or severe cardiovascular disease;
