18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-80 years old; (2) Have a history of diabetes; (3) fundus lesions were in line with the international standard of clinical DR Severity grading. Combined with fundus photography and fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA), DR Was clearly diagnosed, including non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR) and proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) dioptric interstitial ambiguity can not see the fundus; (2) iris adhesion can not dilate the pupil; (3) Those who have received laser photocoagulation or vitrectomy; (4) Patients with glaucoma, central retinal vein obstruction and other eye diseases; (5) People with a history of smoking and respiratory diseases; (6) Patients with a history of cardiovascular and heart disease.
