Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The usability evaluation part of the platform: 1. Obtain the health qualification certificate, 2. Medical personnel who have participated in the treatment of medical personnel with severe respiratory infectious diseases or the training of the epidemic prevention and control system for severe respiratory infectious diseases organized by the Provincial Health Commission, and 3. Willing to participate in this study. Phenomenological Study: Medical personnel who have completed usability testing and volunteered to participate in this study. Platform application part: 1. Obtain the health practitioner qualification certificate, 2. Medical staff who will support the fever clinic, 3. Willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Platform usability assessment part: 1. Personnel who go out to study, sick or vacation; 2. Trainees, internships, and regular training personnel. Phenomenological research: the interviewer who cannot adhere to the interviewer due to unexpected circumstances during the interview. Platform application part: 1. Those who go out for study, sick leave or vacation; 2. Trainees, internships, and trainees.
