Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Community seniors over 60 years old; 2.Meet the International Working Group's criteria for the diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) (diagnosed by a specialist); 3. Right-handed; 4. MMSE>=24, MOCA score <=26; 5. PHQ9 < 5 score; 6. Not taking cognitive-improving medications; 7.Voluntarily participate in the intervention program and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with major physical diseases or other mental illnesses; 2. Illiterate or unable to understand the project content; 3.Patients with acute exacerbation of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular and respiratory systems; 4. Those who have taken antibiotics or probiotics in the past 1 month; 5. Those who are not suitable for VR equipment; 6. People with severe visual or hearing impairment; 7. There are contraindications for MRI examination; 8. A history of substance abuse or dependence; 9. Those who refuse to participate or do not sign the informed consent.
