Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Performed strip-cushioning transcrestal sinus floor elevation with simultaneous implant placement; Conducted at least three cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) scans, including preoperative, immediately postoperative, and 6 months postoperative; Able to collect reliable and complete case data and photographs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Systemic diseases or medication history that may affect bone and soft tissue healing, pregnant women, or patients under 18 years old; Untreated maxillary sinus pathology, untreated uncontrolled periodontitis; Previous maxillary sinus floor elevation surgery; Implants that have not been restored within 12 months after placement.
