Interventions

Remimazolam group:Anesthesia induction, remimazolam 0.2 mg.kg-1, sufentanil 0.6 µg.kg-1, rocuronium 1.0 mg.kg-1
anesthesia maintenance, injection of remimazolam 0.2~0.3 mg.kg-1.h-1 to maintain entropy index at 40~55
Propofol group:Anesthesia induction, propofol 0.1-0.2mg.kg-1, sufentanil 0.6 µg.kg-1, rocuronium 1.0 mg.kg-1
anesthesia maintenance, injection of propofol 0.3~0.5mg.kg-1.h-1 to maintain entropy index at 40~55

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-65 years old, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II-III; (2) Patients undergoing elective mitral valve, aortic valve, and tricuspid valve surgery; (3) Patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy undergoing left ventricular outflow tract dredging.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe heart failure or hemodynamic instability before surgery; (2) Severe psychiatric illness or alcohol addiction in the past; (3) Patients with liver and kidney failure before surgery; (4) Patients with preoperative allergies to study drugs; (5) Patients with visual or language impairment before surgery
