Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)First-time renal transplant patients; 2)Donor types include Donation after Cardiac Death (DCD) and Donation after Brain Death (DBD).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients who experience severe surgery-related complications or graft loss or failure due to rejection after the operation; 2)Patients with primary non-function of the kidney; 3)Patients who have undergone multi-organ transplantation; 4)Patients who received a kidney from a living donor.
