Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient is over 18 years old; 2.The second mandibular molar is missing, while the first mandibular molar on the same side is present; 3.Good oral hygiene and health condition; 4.Accept follow-up and CBCT scan examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hyperparathyroidism, diabetes, leukemia, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus and other systemic diseases; 2. Long term use of hormones and other drugs that affect bone metabolism; 3. Patients with tooth loss caused by mandibular tumors, cysts, osteomyelitis, severe periodontitis, etc; 4. There is iatrogenic bone plate loss during the extraction of mandibular second molars; 5. Individuals with acute inflammation in the oral cavity; 6. Those who are preparing for pregnancy or already pregnant.
