Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Medical personnel in the tuberculosis unit and infectious unit ward with contact with TB patients or their specimens aged 18 years < age < 60 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Less than 3 months on the job; long-term travel to the countryside, study, sick leave, maternity leave or resignation, retirement; There is a clear history of exposure to mycobacterium tuberculosis outside the hospital; Unwilling to cooperate with the researcher.
