Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. PFAPA patients: Age =12 years and =2 years;.fever episodes =3 times, lasting up to 5 days, with a regular interval, and fever resolves within a few hours after administration of corticosteroids; pharyngitis with adenitis or stomatitis; good health between episodes and normal growth; acute phase reactants (e.g., C-reactive protein, ESR) are elevated during fever episodes but not during inter-episode periods. Neutropenia or other atypical symptoms (e.g., cough, nasal discharge, severe abdominal pain, diarrhea, severe vomiting, rash, arthritis, or neurological dysfunction) should be excluded. 2. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Other periodic fever diseases, patients with rheumatoid arthritis complicated by infection, tumor, or other autoimmune diseases.
