Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed Parkinson's disease in accordance with the 2015 edition of the International Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Society (MDS) diagnostic criteria; 2. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who cannot cooperate with the completion of the examination, such as language impairment and severe cognitive dysfunction; 2. PD patients undergoing surgical treatment such as deep brain stimulation (DBS) or cranial nerve nucleus destruction; 3. History of infection in the past 2 weeks or infectious disease during hospitalization; 4. Autoimmune diseases or those who have used immunosuppressants in the past three months; 5. Patients with severe heart disease, acute cerebrovascular disease, tumor, liver and kidney function injury and other diseases; 6. Patients with other severe neurological diseases in addition to PD.
