control group:The control side was lifted by applying a mini-ring drill.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for ice-pick or box-type atrophic acne scarring; 3.Be able to understand and voluntarily sign the written informed consent, and be able to complete the treatment and follow-up as required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of oral tetracycline, retinoids, facial injections and fillers, laser or radiofrequency treatments within 6 months before treatment; 2. pregnancy, breastfeeding women; 3. serious hematologic, immune system diseases or heart, liver, lung and renal dysfunction; 4. facial dermatitis, eczema, herpes simplex, photosensitive skin disease, skin tumors, acne inflammatory stage; 5. proliferative scarring or keloidal disease history; 6.Those who are allergic to lidocaine; 7. Those who are mentally abnormal, hypersensitive to or fearful of pain.
