Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age and gender: males between the ages of 18-25; 2.Sports background: love ball games (basketball, football, volleyball, etc.) and exercise at least 3 times a week; 3.Health status: No serious head or lower limb injuries in the past year; 4.No acute lower extremity injuries in the last three months; 5.No cardiopulmonary diseases; 6.No sleep disorders; 7.No psychological or psychiatric disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Major medical conditions such as heart disease; 2.Congenital deformities of the foot, ankle, knee, pelvis, or spine; 3.Participation in some other experiment; 4.Any condition that may prevent normal participation in sports; 5.Inability to participate in normal activities; 6.Color blindness or color weakness.
