65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient or legal representative signs the informed consent; 2. The first total hip replacement under elective general anesthesia is planned ; 3.Age 65-80 years old; 4, ASAI-III level; BMI 20-30?/?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to the drugs used in this study; 2. Opioid addiction or dependence; 3, Severe bradycardia and atrioventricular block; 4.Contraindications to the use of esketamine; 5. Previously known neuromuscular diseases;6.Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 7.Previous history of mental illness; 8. Preoperative cognitive dysfunction;9 Contraindications of nerve block operation
