Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ? The diagnosis of decompensated cirrhosis met the relevant criteria of the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Cirrhosis (2018 edition); Age =18 years old; ? The patient has clear consciousness and certain communication ability; (4) Informed consent of patients and their families and voluntary participation in this study. Those at high or moderate risk of malnutrition using the Royal Free Hospital - Nutrition Prioritization Tool (RFH-NPT) score =1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? complicated with liver cancer or other malignant tumors; ? Severely impaired cardiopulmonary function; ? Pregnancy and lactation.
