Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Performed transcrestal sinus floor elevation with simultaneous implant placement; ?Conducted at least three cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) scans, including preoperative, immediately postoperative, and 6 months postoperative; ?Able to collect reliable and complete case data and photographs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Systemic diseases or medication history that may affect bone and soft tissue healing, pregnant women, or patients under 18 years old; ?Untreated maxillary sinus pathology, untreated uncontrolled periodontitis; ?Previous maxillary sinus floor elevation surgery; ?Implants that have not been restored within 12 months after placement.
